Let me start off by saying, "I am not a cyclist." After not really riding a bike for 20 years, I signed up to participate in the Moab Century Tour (course map) with Team in Training. This group is part of the Lymphoma and Leukemia Society. In 2006, my dad was diagnosed with leukemia and my mother-in-law was diagnosed with lymphoma. Unfortunately, my dad lost his battle with leukemia in 2007. My mother-in-law is currently in remission.

Last year, my wife signed up with Team in Training to do the Moab Century. After seeing how much healthier she became and the great team she had, I wanted to sign up. So in April, I did just that and we are now both getting ready to do 100 miles on our bikes.

Check back often to read about our progress!

Cyclist

I am a road cycling novice. After seeing my wife do her first century in 2010, I decided to sign up with Team in Training. I completed my first century in September of 2011.
